Expiration or any termination of this Agreement for any reason shall not release either Party hereto from any obligation or liability which, which at the time of such expiration or termination, termination has already accrued to the other such Party or which is attributable to a period prior to such expiration or termination, subject to the terms of this Agreement, nor preclude either Party from pursuing any rights and remedies it may have hereunder or at law or in equity which accrued to it prior to such expiration or termination, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

Accrued Obligations. Expiration Such expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason shall will not release either Party from any obligation or liability which, at on the time effective date of such expiration or termination, has already accrued to the other Party or which is attributable to a period prior to such expiration or termination.
