Accrual Procedure Clause Samples
Accrual Procedure. Seniority shall accrue on the basis of five (5) days for every thirty-six (36) hours worked.
Accrual Procedure. Seniority shall accrue on the basis of one (1) day for each shift worked.
Accrual Procedure. All overtime and compensatory time is accrued only after an employee has worked in excess of 40 hours per week. This does not include any vacation time, personal time, sick leave time, bereavement time or holiday time.
