Common use of Accounts and Audits Clause in Contracts

Accounts and Audits. 1. The Recipient shall maintain or cause to be maintained a financial management system, including a separate account in its records, adequate to reflect the transactions related to the Project, in accordance with the requirements of the document United Nations Office for Project Services Financial Regulations and Rules, EOD.ED.2017.04 (“Financial Regulations”).

Accounts and Audits. 1. The Recipient shall maintain or cause to be maintained a financial management system, including a separate account in its recordsrecords and accounts, adequate to reflect the transactions related to its Respective Part of the Project, in accordance with the requirements of the document “United Nations Office for Project Services Children’s Fund Financial Regulations and Rules”, EOD.ED.2017.04 E/ICEF/2011/AB/L.8 (“Financial Regulations”).
