Common use of Accounting of Plan Area Fee Credits/Reimbursements Clause in Contracts

Accounting of Plan Area Fee Credits/Reimbursements. For purposes of calculating and applying Plan Area Fee credits and/or reimbursements, City shall maintain segregated Plan Area Fee Program accounts for each component. City shall also maintain an accounting of the current balance of Plan Area Fee credits and/or reimbursements. Within sixty (60) days of receipt of written request by Developer, City shall provide Developer with a written accounting of Developer’s current balance of Plan Area Fee credits and/or reimbursements, including complete documentation showing the basis for such Plan Area Fee credits and/or reimbursements. The Plan Area Fee credit and reimbursement obligations will be calculated in the manner set forth in the Plan Area Fee Program.
