Common use of Accounting Function Clause in Contracts

Accounting Function. a) An employee who at the time of layoff was an account clerk III may be recalled to any position type within the accounting function. b) An employee who at the time of layoff was an account clerk II may be recalled to an account clerk II position type or to an account clerk I position. c) An employee who at the time of layoff was an account clerk I may be recalled only to an account clerk I position.
