Concurrently with the delivery of the financial statements referred to in Section 7.1(a), a certificate of the independent certified public accountants reporting on such financial statements stating that in the course of performing their audit, nothing came to their attention that caused them to believe the Borrower was not in compliance with the financial covenants contained in Section 7.9 below insofar as such covenants relate to accounting matters, except as specified in such certificate.
