Account Information The account balance and transaction history information may be limited to recent account information involving your accounts. Also, the availability of funds for transfer or withdrawal may be limited due to the processing time for any ATM deposit transactions and our Funds Availability Policy.
Disclosure of Account Information We may disclose information to third parties about Your Account or transfers You make: (1) when it is necessary to complete an electronic transaction; or (2) in order to verify the existence and conditions of Your Account for a third party such as a credit bureau or merchant; or (3) in order to comply with a government agency or court order, or any legal process; or (4) if You give Us written permission.
Student Information Those living in The Village hereby agree that the Owner shall receive all Student information provided in the Agreement and waives and releases Owner from any duty of confidentiality that may apply to such information.
MANAGEMENT INFORMATION AND FORMAT 2.1 The Supplier agrees to provide timely, full, accurate and complete MI Reports to the Authority which incorporates the data, in the correct format, required by the MI Reporting Template. Management Information System The M&E Plan will describe the information system that will be used to collect data, store, process and deliver information to relevant stakeholders in such a way that the Program information collected and verified pursuant to the M&E Plan is at all times accessible and useful to those who wish to use it.
