ACCOMODATIONS. All missions, including those of the host nation, shall be accommodated under the same conditions. If the conditions are in accordance with the CISM norms and standards, the missions are expected to accept the accommodation provided by the organizing nation.
ACCOMODATIONS. (a) Hotels – Keyrow Tours will select the hotel(s) for the tour. Prior to the departure, Keyrow Tours will provide the Client with the hotel information, including the name, location, and telephone number of the hotel. In advance of the tour, the Client will inform Keyrow Tours whether he or she prefers a shared room or a single room. If the client prefers to share a room with another tour member, Keyrow Tours will use its best efforts to make a compatible shared room assignment for the Client. The Client shall inform Keyrow Tours if the Client has any special needs, including a smoking or non-smoking room. If the Client expresses no preference within a reasonable time before the tour, Keyrow Tours will assign the Client to either a shared or a single room at Keyrow Tours’ discretion. If a single room is assigned to the Client for any reason, including, but not limited to, a roommate’s cancellation and incompatibility (even during the tour), the Client will be responsible for the cost of the single room. (b) Travel – Keyrow Tours will select and make air and ground transportation arrangements for the Client. Upon request from the Client, Keyrow Tours will provide the Client with detailed information about the travel arrangements.
ACCOMODATIONS. PURCHASER shall supply 5 king Single- rooms in a minimum 3 stars or better hotel for a minimum of two (2) nights. Hotel must have a restaurant on premise and room service available. NOTE: The ARTIST or Band Members should NOT be asked to provide personal credit cards for amenities or incidentals when checking in.

ACCOMODATIONS.  Unless specified, SPEAKER will be traveling with one Armor Bearer. We ask that you provide us with the accommodations at the hotel if needed and that CHURCH/SPONSOR have made prior financial arrangements for the payments of separate rooms prior to our arrival.

ACCOMODATIONS. A. Accommodations for missions will be the best available, depending on possibilities at the disposal of organizers and based on categories of guests with reference to article 8.19. C. All Chiefs of Mission are officers and shall be treated as such with equal courtesy, regardless of rank. In case a hosting nation allows staying in other accommodations, this must be mentioned in the Invitation File, Missions that choose to stay in hotels at their own expense must inform the Local Organizing Committee (LOC) in advance in Preliminary Agreement and Final Entry. The LOC will have no obligation to provide extra logistical, financial, or transportation support for these missions and the missions still have to fulfill all their mandatory tasks.

ACCOMODATIONS. Purchaser is to provide 3 rooms with 2 queen size beds each, non-smoking - from the time of BPM KREW’s entourage’s arrival until their departure if performance is more than 200km from Toronto Canada. Hotels should be of a recognized national chain quality and should be within walking distance of restaurants that serve meals throughout the day and late-night. Purchaser will need to provide BPM KREW’s Tour Manager with the hotel name, address, phone and fax numbers and confirmation number for each room. BPM KREW’s Tour Manager must approve hotels and Purchaser is required to confirm payment by credit card no less than 14 days prior to concert date. Incidentals [such as long distance telephone calls, movies, room service, etc.] of BPM KREW and their entourage. HOSPITALITY - DRESSING ROOM One hot meal for all members of BPM KREW and their entourage must be provided 3 hours before performance. Meals should consist of a main course, a salad, as well as beverages including juices, water, milk, hot tea, coffe, and soft drinks. Vegetarian options must always be provided as a main course alternative and should be rich in protein. For the performance, purchaser must furnish the dressing room with the following: 1 full-length mirror (enough to see full body)
