Common use of Accommodation for Disabilities Clause in Contracts

Accommodation for Disabilities. The Hospital agrees that it is and shall remain in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (“ADA”) and that the Hospital shall not discriminate against a qualified individual with a disability because of the disability of such individual in regard to job application procedures, the hiring, advancement or discharge of employees, employee compensation, job training, and other terms, conditions and privileges of employment. The Hospital is also aware of its obligations and rights as an employer and the rights of employees under the ADA as set forth under the ADA provisions regarding “Reasonable Accommodation”.
