Accommodation for Disabilities. Section 1. WSF will at all times comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and RCW 49.60 et seq. and WSDOT policies regarding reasonable accommodation as those statutes and policies apply to WSF operations. In a case where an employee has a disability, as defined by ADA or comparable state statute, WSF shall consider a reasonable accommodation that allows an employee to perform the essential job functions of his classification for which they are otherwise qualified.
