Accident or Unsafe Practices Testing. A. Employees involved in on-the-job accidents or who engage in unsafe on-duty activities that pose a danger to others or the overall operation of the Department may be subject to testing. The employee’s immediate supervisor, with the approval of the Division or other Command member, may initiate testing when such circumstances of the accident or unsafe practice give reasonable suspicion that drug or alcohol use may have been a contributing factor. B. Employees will not be “routinely” tested as a result of their involvement in motor vehicle collisions.

  • Data Practices Supplier and Sourcewell acknowledge Sourcewell is subject to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13. As it applies to all data created and maintained in performance of this Agreement, Supplier may be subject to the requirements of this chapter.

  • Transportation of Accident Victims Transportation to the nearest physician or hospital for employees requiring medical care as a result of an on-the-job accident shall be at the expense of the Employer.

  • COMPLIANCE WITH OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH By submission of a bid in response to this solicitation, the Bidder certifies that all material, equipment, etc., contained in their bid meets all OSHA requirements. Bidder further certifies that if they are the awarded Contractor, and the material, equipment, etc., delivered is subsequently found to be deficient in any OSHA requirements in effect on date of delivery, all costs necessary to bring the material, equipment, etc., into compliance with the aforementioned requirements shall be borne by the Contractor.
