Accessory New Equipment/Systems. During the Contract Term, DCAMM shall not, without the prior written consent of CONTRACTOR, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, affix or install any accessory equipment or device on any of the New Equipment/Systems installed by CONTRACTOR if such addition will change or impair the originally intended functions, value or use of the New Equipment/Systems.
