Accessible Information. Each Party shall retain all of its books and records and other documentation made in connection with a Collaboration in accordance with its own record retention policies. Each Party shall make all documents and other information related to each Collaboration accessible to the other Party, and its representatives, as required in order to enable each Party to meet all of its legislated reporting requirements.
