Access to Worksite. Local representatives of the Association shall have the right to transact Association business on school property and to utilize District facilities and equipment for Association business at no cost to the Board provided that such activities do not interfere with scheduled activities or teacher duties and prior approval has been obtained from the school administrator concerned.
