Common use of Access to Records and Property Clause in Contracts

Access to Records and Property. At any time and from time to time, upon reasonable notice and during normal business hours, Borrower shall give any representatives or designees of Lender reasonable access to its properties, and permit any of them to, examine, audit, copy or make extracts from, any and all books, records and documents in the possession of Borrower or any independent contractor relating to Borrower's affairs and the Collateral, and to inspect any of its properties wherever located, all at Borrower's expense. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no such prior notice shall be required to be given in the event Lender believes such access is necessary to preserve or protect the Collateral, or following the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default.
