Common use of Access To Documents, Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Access To Documents, Cooperation. In Investigation Excluding matters involving criminal investigations, any member who is charged with violating the Office rules and regulations or standards of conduct of an employee will be provided access to transcripts, records, written statements, and tapes pertinent to the case. All members of the Office shall be obligated to fully cooperate in the investigation conducted by the Employer. Either party has the right to take notes during an interview. If a transcript of the tape is made by the Employer, the member will be provided a copy of such transcript upon written request to the Employer.
