Access to Certain Information. (a) The Certificate Administrator shall afford or cause to be afforded to any Non-Restricted Privileged Person (other than the Rating Agencies) and to the Office of Thrift Supervision, the FDIC and any other banking or insurance regulatory authority that may exercise authority over any Trust Interest Owner, access to any documentation regarding the Mortgage Loan or the other assets of the Trust that are in its possession or within its control, including without limitation:

(a) The Certificate Administrator shall afford or cause to be afforded to any Non-Restricted Privileged Person (other than the Rating Agencies) and to the Office of Thrift Supervision, the FDIC and any other banking or insurance regulatory authority that may exercise authority over any Trust Interest OwnerCertificateholder, access to any documentation regarding the Mortgage Loan or the other assets of the Trust that are in its possession or within its control, including without limitation:
