Access rights of the Authority and others. 44.2.1 The Concessionaire shall allow free access to the Site at all times for the authorised representatives of the Authority, Senior Lenders, Independent Engineer, the Independent Panel and for the persons duly authorised by any Government Instrumentality to inspect the HealthcareNetwork and to investigate any matter within their authority, and upon reasonable notice, the Concessionaire shall provide to such persons reasonable assistance necessary to carry out their respective duties and functions.

Access rights of the Authority and others. 44.2.1 ‌ The Concessionaire shall allow free access to the Site at all times for the authorised representatives of the AuthorityAuthority and the Expert, Senior Lenders, Independent Engineer, the Independent Panel and for the persons duly authorised by any Government Instrumentality to inspect the HealthcareNetwork Project and to investigate any matter within their authority, and upon reasonable notice, the Concessionaire shall provide to such persons reasonable assistance necessary to carry out their respective duties and functions.

Access rights of the Authority and others. 44.2.1 The Concessionaire shall allow free access to the Site at all times for the authorised authorized representatives and vehicles of the Authority, Senior Lenders, Independent Engineer, and the Independent Panel Monitor, and for the persons and vehicles duly authorised authorized by any Government Instrumentality to inspect the HealthcareNetwork and Project or to investigate any matter within their authority, and upon reasonable notice, the Concessionaire shall provide to such persons reasonable assistance necessary to carry out their respective duties and functions.

Access rights of the Authority and others. 44.2.1 The Concessionaire shall allow free access to the Site at all times for the authorised representatives and Vehicles of the Authority, Senior Lenders, Independent Engineer, and the Independent Panel Expert, and for the persons and Vehicles duly authorised by any Government Instrumentality to inspect the HealthcareNetwork and Storage Facility or to investigate any matter within their authority, and upon reasonable notice, the Concessionaire shall provide to such persons reasonable assistance necessary to carry out their respective duties and functions.

Access rights of the Authority and others. 44.2.1 30.2.1 The Concessionaire shall allow to the extent required under this Agreement, free access to the Site at all times for the authorised authorized representatives of the Authority and the Authority, Senior Lenders, Independent Engineer, the Independent Panel ’s Engineer and for the persons duly authorised authorized by any Government Instrumentality Agency to inspect the HealthcareNetwork and MLCP & its components or to investigate any matter within their authority, and upon reasonable notice, the Concessionaire shall provide to such persons reasonable assistance necessary to carry out their respective duties and functions.
