Common use of Access, Etc Clause in Contracts

Access, Etc. Except as shown on the Surveys for the Collateral Properties, the streets abutting such Collateral Property are dedicated and accepted public roads, to which such Collateral Property has direct access by trucks and other motor vehicles and by foot, or are perpetual private ways (with direct access by motor vehicles and by foot to public roads) to which such Collateral Property has direct access approved by the Agent and with respect to which the applicable Mortgage creates a valid and enforceable first lien or security title. All private ways providing access to such Collateral Property are zoned in a manner which will permit access to the Buildings comprising or located on, as applicable, such Collateral Property over such ways by trucks and other motor vehicles.
