Access, Etc. The streets abutting such Property are public roads, to which the Property has direct access by trucks and other motor vehicles and by foot, or are private ways (with direct access by trucks and other motor vehicles and by foot to public roads) to which the Property has direct access without charge or liability for maintenance or repair except as required in connection with the payment of association or owner's fees pursuant to recorded instruments. No easements over land of others are required for such means of access and egress except as disclosed in the Title Policy or Surveys.
