Common use of Access and Entry Clause in Contracts

Access and Entry. (a) The Landlord shall be entitled at all reasonable times, and at any time in case of emergency, to enter the Premises to examine them; to make such repairs, alterations or improvements in the Premises or to the Building as the Landlord considers necessary or desirable and for any other purpose necessary to enable the Landlord to perform its obligations or exercise its rights under this Lease or in the administration of the Building. The Landlord shall exercise its rights under this Section, to the extent possible in the circumstances, in such manner so as to minimize interference with the Tenant's use and enjoyment of the Premises.
