Common use of ACCEPTING OR DECLINING THE AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

ACCEPTING OR DECLINING THE AGREEMENT. By accepting and using a Card, a Card User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If a Card User wishes to decline this Agreement, they must not use any Card or the Account and destroy their Card. If the Primary Cardholder declines the Agreement, they must cancel the Account within 15 days of receiving a Card by calling the number on the back of the Card or writing to the address on the carrier containing the Card.
