Common use of Acceptance Testing and Sign-Off Clause in Contracts

Acceptance Testing and Sign-Off. As the Internet Access Equipment installation at the Premises achieves certain completion milestones (as specified in Subsections 9.1 through 9.3), the Parties shall perform joint Internet Access Equipment acceptance testing and/or project sign-offs, as described or defined below, at the Premises. Such testing and sign-offs shall be completed by XXXXXX’s project manager, or duly authorized designee, and Xxxxxxxx’s project manager, or duly authorized designee.

Such testing and sign-offs shall be completed by XXXXXX’s project manager, or duly authorized designee, and Xxxxxxxx’s project manager, or duly authorized designee.
