Acceptance Phase Services. During the acceptance phase, commissioning duties will include the following. 2.1.7.1. Review the TAB report for completeness and accuracy. CxA will witness the TAB contractor retest 20% of the airflow and hydronic values for repeat ability within tolerance. TAB report to be provided by others. 2.1.7.2. Recommend approval of air systems balancing by Owner through statistical sample of the report and separate field verification. 2.1.7.3. Coordinate, oversee, and document the actual testing performed by the installation contractor or vendor, and conduct site visits for functional testing. Verify that complete control system sequences of operation are run and that components respond as sequences indicate. 2.1.7.4. Review original equipment manufacturer (hereinafter referred to as “OEM”) documentation for completeness and accuracy.
