Common use of Acceptance of Terms of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of Terms of Agreement. CARRIER and AGENT each acknowledges that it has read this Agreement and understands and accepts the terms, conditions and covenants contained herein as being reasonably necessary to maintain CARRIER's high standards for WRS and to protect and preserve the goodwill of CARRIER and of CARRIER's WRS and its Marks.
