No surrender to Landlord of this Agreement Lease or ----------------------- of the Leased Property or any part thereof, or of any interest therein, shall be valid or effective unless agreed to and accepted in writing by Landlord and no act by Landlord or any representative or agent of Landlord, other than such a written acceptance by Landlord, shall constitute an acceptance of any such surrender.

Acceptance of Surrender. No surrender to the Landlord of this Agreement ----------------------- Lease or of the Leased Property or any part thereof, thereof or of any interest therein, therein by the Tenant shall be valid or effective unless required by the provisions of this Lease or unless agreed to and accepted in writing by Landlord and no act by Landlord or any representative or agent of the Landlord, other than such a written acceptance by Landlord, shall constitute an acceptance of any such surrender.

Acceptance of Surrender. No surrender to Landlord of this Agreement Law or of the Leased Property Premises or of any part thereof, thereof or of any interest therein, therein shall be valid or effective unless agreed to and accepted in writing by Landlord and the Senior Mortgagee if any, and no act by Landlord or any representative or agent of Landlord, other than such a written acceptance by Landlordacceptance, shall constitute an acceptance of any such surrender.

No surrender to Landlord of this Agreement Lease or of the Leased Property or any part thereofProperty, or of any interest therein, shall be valid or effective unless agreed to and accepted in writing by Landlord and Landlord’s Lender (if any) and no act by Landlord or any representative or agent of Landlord, other than such a written acceptance by Landlord and Landlord’s Lender (if any), shall constitute an acceptance of any such surrender.

No modification, termination or surrender to Landlord of this Agreement Lease or surrender of the Leased Property demised premises or any part thereof, thereof or of any interest therein, therein by Tenant shall be valid or effective unless agreed to and accepted in writing by Landlord Landlord, and no act by Landlord or any representative or agent of Landlord, other than such a written agreement and acceptance by Landlord, shall constitute an acceptance of any such surrenderthereof.
