Acceptance of Exclusive Franchise. By its acceptance and execution of this Agreement, Franchisee accepts the Exclusive Franchise granted by the City subject to the terms and conditions contained herein and agrees to perform all of the duties and obligations set forth in this Agreement.

The Adviser may aggregate the Trust’s orders with orders of its proprietary accounts and/or orders of other clients.

  • RECOGNITION OF EXCLUSIVE REPRESENTATIVE Section 1. Promptly following a successor Servicer’s acceptance of its engagement, the Indenture Trustee will notify the Issuer, the Owner Trustee and the Secured Parties of the engagement. On receipt of a notice of engagement, the Issuer will promptly notify the Rating Agencies and the Asset Representations Reviewer and the Owner Trustee will promptly notify the holder of the Residual Interest.
