Acceptance of Benefits. The Client acknowledges and agrees that GTJAFX may solicit, accept and retain for its own benefit any rebate, brokerage, commission, fee, discount and/or other benefit or advantage from any transaction effected by GTJAFX. GTJAFX will disclose such benefit or advantage to the Client upon request or otherwise in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and rules. GTJAFX may also offer at its discretion any benefit or advantage to any person in connection with such transaction:
