ACCEPTANCE OF APPOINTMENT. Each of the Paying Agents accepts its appointment as agent of the Issuer in relation to the Notes and shall perform all matters expressed to be performed by it in, and otherwise comply with, the Conditions and the provisions of this Agreement and, in connection therewith, shall take all such action as may be incidental thereto.

ACCEPTANCE OF APPOINTMENT. Each of the Paying Agents accepts its appointment as agent of the Issuer in relation to the Notes and shall perform all matters expressed to be performed by it in, and otherwise comply with, the Conditions and the provisions of this Agreement and, in connection therewith, shall take all such action as may be incidental thereto.

Each of the Paying Agents Agent accepts its appointment as agent of the Issuer in relation to the Notes and shall perform all matters expressed agrees with the other parties hereto to be performed by it in, and otherwise comply with, the Conditions and with the provisions of this Agreement and, in connection therewith, shall take all such action as may be incidental theretoAgreement.

ACCEPTANCE OF APPOINTMENT. Each of the Paying Agents Agent accepts its appointment as agent of the Issuer in relation to the Notes and shall perform all matters expressed agrees with the other parties hereto to be performed by it in, and otherwise comply with, the Conditions and with the provisions of this Agreement and, in connection therewith, Agreement. Each Agent shall take all such action as may be incidental theretodeemed to have notice of the provisions of the Trust Deed and the Conditions.

Each of the Paying Agents accepts its appointment as agent of the Issuer in relation to the Notes Covered Bonds and shall perform all matters expressed to be performed by it in, and otherwise comply with, the Conditions and the provisions of this Agreement and, in connection therewith, shall take all such action as may be incidental thereto.

ACCEPTANCE OF APPOINTMENT. Each of the Paying Agents accepts its appointment as agent of the each Issuer in relation to the Notes and shall perform all matters expressed to be performed by it in, and otherwise comply with, the Conditions and the provisions of this Agreement and, in connection therewith, shall take all such action as may be incidental thereto.

ACCEPTANCE OF APPOINTMENT. Each of the Paying Agents accepts its appointment as agent of the Issuer and the Guarantors and, in respect of Clause 8.8 (Paying Agents to act for Trustee), the Trustee in relation to the Notes and shall perform all matters expressed to be performed by it in, and otherwise comply with, the Conditions and the provisions of this Agreement and, in connection therewith, shall take all such action as may be incidental thereto.

ACCEPTANCE OF APPOINTMENT. 2.2 Each of the Paying Agents accepts its appointment as agent of the Issuer and the Guarantors and, in respect of Clause 8.8 (Paying Agents to act for Trustee), the Trustee in relation to the Notes and shall perform all matters expressed to be performed by it in, and otherwise comply with, the Conditions and the provisions of this Agreement and, in connection therewith, shall take all such action as may be incidental thereto.

ACCEPTANCE OF APPOINTMENT. Each of the Paying Agents accepts its appointment as agent of the Issuer (and, for the purposes of Clause 8.8 (Agents to act for Note Trustee), the Note Trustee) in relation to the Notes relevant Note Series and shall perform all matters expressed to be performed by it in, and otherwise comply with, the Conditions and the provisions of this Paying Agency and Agent Bank Agreement and, in connection therewith, shall take all such action as may be incidental thereto.

Each of the Paying Agents Agent accepts its appointment as agent of the Issuer in relation to the Notes and shall perform all matters expressed agrees to be performed by it in, and otherwise comply with, with the Conditions of the Notes and the provisions of this Agreement and, in connection therewith, shall take all such action as may be incidental thereto.

ACCEPTANCE OF APPOINTMENT. Each of the Paying Agents accepts its appointment as agent of the Issuer in relation to the Notes and shall perform all matters expressed to be performed by it in, and otherwise comply with, the Note Conditions and the provisions of this Agreement and, in connection therewith, shall take all such action as may be incidental theretoPaying Agency and Agent Bank Agreement. The obligations of the Agents are several and not joint.

Each of the Paying Agents accepts its appointment as agent of the Issuer and the Guarantor in relation to the Notes and shall perform all matters expressed to be performed by it in, and otherwise comply with, the Conditions and the provisions of this Agreement and, in connection therewith, shall take all such action as may be incidental thereto.

ACCEPTANCE OF APPOINTMENT. Each of the Paying Agents Agent accepts severally (but not jointly) its appointment as agent of the Issuer in relation to the Notes and shall perform all matters expressed agrees with the other parties hereto to be performed by it in, and otherwise comply with, with the Conditions and the provisions of this Agreement and, in connection therewith, shall take all such action as may be necessarily incidental thereto.

ACCEPTANCE OF APPOINTMENT. Each of the Paying Agents accepts its appointment as agent of the Issuer and, in respect of Clause 7.8 (Paying Agents to act for Trustee), the Trustee in relation to the Notes and shall perform all matters expressed to be performed by it in, and otherwise comply with, the Conditions and the provisions of this Agreement and, in connection therewith, shall take all such action as may be incidental thereto.

ACCEPTANCE OF APPOINTMENT. 2.2 Each of the Paying Agents accepts its appointment as agent of the Issuer Issuers and the Guarantor in relation to the Notes and shall perform all matters expressed to be performed by it in, and otherwise comply with, the Conditions and the provisions of this Agreement and, in connection therewith, shall take all such action as may be incidental thereto.
