ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT AND EFFECTIVE DATE. The Agreement becomes effective when signed by the Student and the Student’s parent/guardian, if necessary, and is received by the College. The signature of the Student on the Agreement signifies that the Student has read the terms and conditions stated herein and agrees to abide and be bound by all terms and conditions specified in the Agreement.
