AGREEMENT DEFINITION. This Agreement is not a lease. It creates no exclusive right on the part of the Student to occupy any portion of College property. The College may assign or reassign the Student to specific housing when in the College’s sole discretion it deems such action as necessary. The Student may not assign any right or obligations created by the Agreement.
