Common use of Acceptable Study Clause in Contracts

Acceptable Study. Upper division or graduate units from an accredited 338 college or university are acceptable for advancement on the salary schedule 339 provided that the course is not a repeat and is related to the current 340 assignment or represents a reasonable objective for future local 341 employment. 342
