Academy’s Purpose. The Academy Board shall identify the purpose or mission of the Academy. Any subsequent changes to the Academy’s purpose or mission shall be carried out by amendment in accordance with Article IX of these Terms and Conditions. The Academy’s stated purpose or mission shall be set forth in the Schedules.
