Ethical and fair dealing with clients and colleagues includes respecting the Laurentian Policy and Procedures on Personal or Sexual Harassment. It is also the responsibility of Members to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ a free exchange of ideas, to avoid discrimination, to respect the principles of confidentiality in a manner consistent with the performance of their academic role, and to acknowledge their indebtedness to their academic colleagues in relation to their own professional activities.
