Academic Performance Indicators. The APF, is comprised of four (4) indicators, two mandatory indicators and two supplemental indicators as follows:
Academic Performance Indicators. The Performance Framework includes three parts. One part is an Academic Framework. The Academic Framework looks at student performance. Failure to meet the standard(s) set forth in an Academic Performance Indicator is not a “material violation” as defined in NMSA 1978, §22-8B-12(K)(1). Rather it may be deemed a failure “to meet or make substantial progress toward achievement of the department’s standards of excellence or student performance standards identified in the 28 Section 22-8B-12 (D) 1978 charter contract” (NMSA 1978, §22-8B-12(K)(2)) and may be assessed accordingly for purposes of nonrenewal or revocation.
