The Academic Performance Framework clause establishes the standards and metrics by which academic achievement and progress are measured within an educational context. Academic Performance Framework. Pursuant to the Sponsorship Contract, the Performance Framework includes the agreed-upon goals that the governing authority of the community school and CMSD will use to evaluate the performance of the school during the term of this contract.
Academic Performance Framework. The Academic Performance Framework answers the evaluative question: Is the academic program a success? The framework includes indicators and measures that allow the PEC to evaluate the school’s academic performance and was developed pursuant to the New Mexico Charter Schools Act. This section includes indicators, measures and metrics for student academic performance; student academic growth; achievement gaps in both proficiency and growth between student subgroups; and graduation rate and post-secondary readiness measures for high schools. The Academic Performance Framework includes three indicators, ten required measures, and allows for the inclusion of additional rigorous, valid and reliable indicators proposed by the school to augment external evaluations of school performance.

  • Performance Framework Service Agreements are a central component of the NSW Health Performance Framework which documents how the Ministry of Health monitors and assesses the performance of public sector health services to achieve expected service levels, financial performance, governance and other requirements.

  • Ongoing Performance Measures The Department intends to use performance-reporting tools in order to measure the performance of Contractor(s). These tools will include the Contractor Performance Survey (Exhibit G), to be completed by Customers on a quarterly basis. Such measures will allow the Department to better track Vendor performance through the term of the Contract(s) and ensure that Contractor(s) consistently provide quality services to the State and its Customers.   • CONTRACTOR PERFORMANCE AUDIT The Contractor shall allow the Authorized User to assess Contractor’s performance by providing any materials requested in the Authorized User Agreement (e.g., page load times, response times, uptime, and fail over time). The Authorized User may perform this Contractor performance audit with a third party at its discretion, at the Authorized User’s expense. The Contractor shall perform an independent audit of its Data Centers, at least annually, at Contractor expense. The Contractor will provide a data owner facing audit report upon request by the Authorized User. The Contractor shall identify any confidential, trade secret, or proprietary information in accordance with Appendix B, Section 9(a), Confidential/Trade Secret Materials.
