ABX Employees Sample Clauses

ABX Employees. Effective as of the Separation Date, ABX Employees hereby shall continue as employees of ABX in the same capacities as then held by such employees (or in such other capacities and upon such terms and conditions as ABX shall determine in its sole discretion), subject to the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement with respect to any ABX Employee. Nothing contained in this Section 9.1 shall confer on any ABX Employee any right to continued employment after the Separation Date, and such employees shall continue to be employed "at-will," subject to any agreement between such employees (or the unions that represent them) and ABX and any requirements under applicable law to the contrary.
