Common use of Absence of Labor Disputes Clause in Contracts

Absence of Labor Disputes. There are no existing or, to the knowledge of the Company, threatened labor disputes with the employees of the Company or any of the Subsidiaries or, to the knowledge of the Company, the Manager with respect to the Hotels which would reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

There are no existing or, to the knowledge of the Company, threatened strikes, lockouts, work stoppages, or labor disputes with the employees of the Company or any of the Subsidiaries or, to the knowledge of the Company, the Manager Managers with respect to the Hotels which would could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
