Absence Beyond Expiration of All Leaves. 14.9.1 When all available paid or unpaid leaves of absence have been exhausted and the unit member is not medically cleared to resume the regular duties of his/her position, the unit member shall either retire, if eligible, resign, or be dismissed for reasons of health. The unit member's name shall be placed on a reemployment list for a period of thirty-nine (39) months.
