Ability to Obtain Other Employment. Employee acknowledges that (a) in the event of the termination of Employee’s employment with the Employer Group (whether voluntary or involuntary), Employee’s knowledge, experience and capabilities are such that Employee can obtain employment in business activities without violating the covenants and agreements contained in Section VI.B; and (b) the enforcement of a remedy hereunder including, but not limited to, injunctive relief, will not prevent Employee from earning a reasonable livelihood.
