Ability to Live. Independently (a) Members must be able to live independently and take care of themselves, or arrange for their care without undue hardship on the co-op, its members or employees. This is an essential requirement of living in the co-op. The board can evict a member if it decides that the member cannot meet these conditions. However, this will not happen if: $ the member makes arrangements that are acceptable to the board, and $ the member signs and obeys a written agreement if the board requires it.

  • Your Ability to Withdraw Funds This policy applies to deposits into accounts that are opened at the Bank. All deposits are processed at Bank's processing facility located in San Diego, CA, and are received either electronically, through the mail, or in person. Please do not mail cash deposits. If you make a deposit before our established cutoff time on a business day that we are open, we will consider that day to be the day your deposit is received by the Bank. However, if you make a deposit after our cutoff time or on a day we are not open, we will consider the next business day we are open to be the day of your deposit.
