Common use of Abide by Rules and Regulations Clause in Contracts

Abide by Rules and Regulations. Licensee shall cause all its agents, employees, and any sub-licensee or subcontractor to abide by all rules and regulations prescribed by the County, County Safety Personnel, or the Fairgrounds Administration governing the operation of and admission to and exit from the fairgrounds during the fair or providing for parking or traffic control and by such other reasonable rules and regulations of the Fairgrounds Administration as may be communicated to Licensee prior to or during the fair.

Licensee LICENSEE shall cause all its agents, employees, and any sub-licensee or subcontractor to abide by all rules and regulations prescribed by the County, County Safety Personnel, COUNTY or the Fairgrounds Administration FAIR governing the operation of and admission to and exit from the fairgrounds during the fair or providing for parking or traffic control and by such other reasonable rules and regulations of the Fairgrounds Administration FAIR as may be communicated to Licensee LICENSEE prior to or during the fair.
