AAGS Program. The "AAGS Program" is a program owned and controlled by AAGS, consisting of the services described in this Section.
AAGS Program. All information, records and any other documents associated with the AAGS Program are confidential and proprietary in nature, and shall not be used by Subscriber or disclosed to any person or entity by Subscriber or its employees or agents except as necessary in operation of the AAGS Program or as, required by applicable law.
