A TRUSTEE. The death, ----------------------------------------------- resignation, retirement, removal, or mental or physical incapacity of the Trustees, or any one of them, shall not operate to annul or terminate the Trust or any Series hereunder or to revoke or terminate any existing agency or contract created pursuant to the terms of this Declaration, and until such vacancy is filled, the Trustees in office, regardless of their number, shall have all of the powers granted to the Trustees and shall discharge all the duties imposed upon them by this Declaration.
