A Long Term. Occasional Teacher shall be paid the same salary as a teacher with the same category placement and experience under the Collective Agreement between ETFO, Limestone District and the Limestone District School Board effective from the tenth (10th) consecutive teaching day retroactive to the first day the Occasional Teacher began the 49assignment. The Occasional Teacher shall continue to be paid according to the ETFO Salary Grid (Appendix A) until the expiration of the assignment.
