The 800 Number clause defines the terms under which a party may use or be provided with a toll-free telephone number, typically beginning with the 800 prefix. This clause may specify who is responsible for obtaining, maintaining, and paying for the 800 number, as well as any restrictions on its use, such as limiting it to customer service or support purposes. 800 Number. Contractor shall make information available regarding the Exchange pursuant to Contractor’s toll-free hotline (i.e., 1-800 number) that shall be available to enrollees of Contractor both inside and outside the Exchange. The hotline and information services shall be staffed and operated in accordance with the Customer Service Standards set forth at Section 3.18 to provide support Exchange Enrollees and in a manner designed to assure compliance with these Performance Measurement Standards.
800 Number. On or before January 1, 1999, the Company shall assign to QVC, all of its right, title and interest in and to the toll free telephone number (l-800-227-3990) (the “800 Number”). Upon the expiration or termination of QVC’s rights to sell Products pursuant to this Agreement, QVC will assign to the Company all of its right, title and interest in and to the 800 Number within thirty (30) days after receipt of written request from the Company to QVC.
