5Location. During the Period of Employment, the Executive’s principal place of employment shall be the Company’s principal executive office as it may be located from time to time. The Executive agrees that he will be regularly present at the Company’s principal executive office. The Executive acknowledges that he will be required to travel from time to time in the course of performing Executive’s duties for the Company.
5Location. The Executive’s principal place of business for the performance of Executive’s duties under this Agreement shall be at the principal executive offices of the Company (currently located in Vancouver, Washington), or as otherwise authorized by the Board. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Executive shall be required to travel, as mutually agreeable by Executive and Company, to perform Executive’s duties hereunder.
5Location. During the Period of Employment, the Executive’s principal place of employment shall be the Company’s principal executive office as it may be located from time to time. The Executive agrees that he will be regularly present at the Company’s principal executive office. The Executive agrees that he will relocate as a permanent resident to the Miami area (the “Relocation Requirement”) on or before July 31, 2026, or such other date as may be agreed to in writing by the Executive and the Company (the “Relocation Date”). The Executive acknowledges that he will be required to travel from time to time in the course of performing Executive’s duties for the Company.
5Location. Unless the Parties otherwise agree in writing, during Executive's employment, Executive shall perform the services Executive is required to perform pursuant to this Agreement from his home office, currently located in Michigan, provided, however, that the Company may from time to time require Executive to travel temporarily to other locations in connection with the Company's business.
5Location. During the Term (as defined in Section 2), the Executive shall perform the services required by this Agreement from his home office, currently in Arizona. The Executive acknowledges that business travel may be required from time to time in the course of performing the Executive’s duties for the Corporation.

Notwithstanding, the foregoing, the Executive shall be required to travel as necessary to perform her duties hereunder.
5Location. Debtor’s chief executive office and chief place of business is located at the address set forth in the opening paragraph of this Security Agreement. The office where Debtor keeps its records concerning the Accounts of Debtor and the General Intangibles of Debtor and the original of all the Related Rights of Debtor has the same address as Debtor’s chief executive office and chief place of business. No Equipment and/or Inventory is covered by a certificate of title (other than certain motor vehicles and aircraft) pursuant to applicable law. The jurisdiction of organization for Debtor is the State of Nevada.
5Location. The Officer’s principal place of employment shall be in the metropolitan Los Angeles, California. The Officer agrees that she will be regularly present at that office. The Officer acknowledges that she will be required to travel from time to time in the course of performing her duties for the Company including periodically to Leawood, Kansas and Beijing, China.
