Common use of 5Location Clause in Contracts

5Location. The Executive’s principal place of business for the performance of Executive’s duties under this Agreement shall be at the principal executive offices of the Company (currently located in Vancouver, Washington), or as otherwise authorized by the Board. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Executive shall be required to travel, as mutually agreeable by Executive and Company, to perform Executive’s duties hereunder.

5Location. The Executive’s principal place of business for the performance of Executive’s duties under this Agreement shall be at the Executive’s office/residence, at or near Sausalito, California. The principal executive offices of the Company (is currently located in Vancouver, Washington), Washington (or as otherwise authorized by the Board. Notwithstanding the foregoing), and Executive understands and agrees that from time to time, the Executive shall be required to travel, as mutually agreeable by Executive and Company, travel to the executive offices of the Company or to other locations on behalf of the Company to perform Executive’s duties hereunder.

5Location. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Executive shall be required to travel, travel as mutually agreeable by Executive and Company, necessary to perform Executive’s duties hereunder.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Executive shall be required to travel, travel as mutually agreeable by Executive and Company, necessary to perform Executive’s duties hereunder.
