5Location. During the Period of Employment, the Executive’s principal place of employment shall be the Company’s principal executive office as it may be located from time to time. The Executive agrees that he will be regularly present at the Company’s principal executive office. The Executive agrees that he will relocate as a permanent resident to the Miami area (the “Relocation Requirement”) on or before July 31, 2026, or such other date as may be agreed to in writing by the Executive and the Company (the “Relocation Date”). The Executive acknowledges that he will be required to travel from time to time in the course of performing Executive’s duties for the Company.
