4Purpose. The purpose of the Company is to engage in any lawful act or activity for which a limited liability company may be organized under the Act; provided that, subject to the foregoing, the Company presently intends to raise money through the offering of Membership Interests (the “Offering”) in order to: (i) make, fund, originate, refinance, purchase, sell and/or otherwise acquire loans (“Loans”) secured by first or junior position deeds of trust or mortgages on non-owner occupied residential and commercial properties located throughout the United States; and (ii) acquire, develop, rehabilitate, and/or hold and/or sell non-owner occupied residential real estate located throughout the United States.
4Purpose. The purpose of the Company and, unless otherwise provided in the applicable Series Designation, each Series shall be to (a) promote, conduct or engage in, directly or indirectly, any business, purpose or activity that lawfully may be conducted by a series limited liability company organized pursuant to the Delaware Act, (b) acquire and maintain a collection of collectible sneakers and other collectible items and, to exercise all of the rights and powers conferred upon the Company and each Series with respect to its Shares therein, and (c) conduct any and all activities related or incidental to the foregoing purposes.
4Purpose. The purpose of the Company shall be to transact any or all lawful business for which limited liability companies may be organized under the Act. Specifically, the Company is in the business of selling, purchasing, managing, and operating, residential real estate projects (“Target Asset(s)”) that are primarily owned and controlled by people who identify as women.

  • NAME/PURPOSE The name of this cooperative service program is the Snohomish County Detention Center Educational Program (hereinafter referred to as "Program"). The general purpose of the cooperative is to provide educational programs for children and youth confined in Snohomish County juvenile detention center as authorized by RCW 28A.310.180 and/or other applicable laws. This Agreement supersedes any Agreement prior to September 1, 2022, between the NWESD and the district which is signatory to this Agreement for the operation of a juvenile detention center education program.

  • Trust Purpose The purpose of the Trust is to conduct, operate and carry on the business of an open-end management investment company registered under the 1940 Act. In furtherance of the foregoing, it shall be the purpose of the Trust to do everything necessary, suitable, convenient or proper for the conduct, promotion and attainment of any businesses and purposes which at any time may be incidental or may appear conducive or expedient for the accomplishment of the business of an open end management investment company registered under the 1940 Act and which may be engaged in or carried on by a trust organized under the Act, and in connection therewith the Trust shall have the power and authority to engage in the foregoing, both within and without the State of Delaware, and may exercise all of the powers conferred by the laws of the State of Delaware upon a Delaware statutory trust.
